The Greene County Chamber of Commerce will continue its work to improve the area economy and quality of life. However, at the heart of the Chamber’s efforts will be a program of benefits and services to its members which are not available to non-members.
Promotional Benefits
NETWORKING – Business Connection Luncheons and events held throughout the year provide an opportunity to meet with other business and professional people.
BUSINESS AFTER HOURS – Held at your place of business, these events provide an opportunity to showcase your business to fellow members and customers.
WEB PRESENCE – Website includes an alphabetical listing of all members with a secured email portal. In addition, potential customers can search by business name and/or services provided.
MEMBER IN THE SPOTLIGHT – These spotlights are posted in our Weekly eBlasts, Monthly eNewsletters, on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as archived on the website. We would love to be able to support and promote your business! We are looking for a 200 word or so description, your logo, as well as 4-8 pictures of your business.
SPECIAL EVENTS – Events that bring members together with others in the community for both business and pleasure such as the Christmas Parade, Annual Membership Banquet, the Golf Outing, the Women in Business Luncheon, Women in Business Breakfast, Coffee & Commerce, Lunch & Learns, and the Legislative Breakfast.
eNEWSLETTER – News promoting our members and our activities reaching nearly 750 local businesses in an electronic format.
WEEKLY eBLASTS – Promoting Chamber events, news and special offerings from members, training opportunities and community events.
VIDEO TRAINING LIBRARY– Available for members to look through our video library to find content directed towards business and the community.
COMMUNITY/BUSINESS RESOURCE GUIDE AND MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY – Every
member receives a free text listing inside which gives your basic contact information. Display advertising gives you the opportunity to expand your presence in this
publication. The publication consists of 600 copies of the 76-page directory. Inside is information about our chamber and our members. These are distributed to every current member and every new member who joins over the next year. Each year we distribute every copy that we publish.
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES – Available in our monthly eNewsletter, weekly eBlast, Sponsorships, Annual Banquet program and Membership Directory.
REFERRALS – We refer only Chamber members in response to requests for recommendations on goods or services provided in our area.
AN INFORMATION CENTER – General demographics, maps, and various brochures are distributed through our office. The Chamber will display and distribute your brochures at no cost to you.
A MEMBERSHIP PLAQUE AND DECAL – Displayed proudly in your place of business, the plaque conveys to the buying public that you care about the business climate and quality of life in Waynesburg and Greene County. And that you care enough to make an INVESTMENT in the area by joining forces with the Chamber to help make Greene County a great place to live and work.
