Lendmark Financial Services
Lendmark Financial Services was first established by First Liberty Bank of Macon, GA as a subsidiary in 1996. In the summer of 2000, Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) of Winston-Salem, NC acquired First Liberty Bank and its subsidiaries (including Lendmark). BB&T then sold Lendmark to Blackstone in New York, NY in the fall of 2013.
Since 2013, Lendmark has been growing fast. Currently, the company has over 160 offices and plans to open at least 60 more locations in the Eastern part of the United States within the next year. Planning has already begun for 2016 opening as well.
The success of Lendmark Financial Services is specifically attributable to the quality of their personnel and their commitment to customers.
